Ginna Bustle is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with more than 30 years of counseling experience helping teens, adults, couples, and families navigate life’s challenges with confidence and hope. She specializes in treating anxiety, depression, trauma, grief and loss, relationship issues, parenting concerns, low self-esteem, and recovery from emotional, physical, and sexual abuse.
Ginna earned her Master of Social Work degree from Boston University and has served in a variety of mental health, social service, and family support settings throughout her career. Her extensive experience includes outpatient counseling, intensive family therapy, child and family services, and working with individuals facing complex life transitions and relational struggles.
Known for her warm, compassionate, and engaging approach, Ginna creates a safe and supportive environment where clients feel understood and empowered to grow. She uses an integrative counseling approach tailored to each person’s unique needs, drawing from evidence-based therapies including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), EMDR, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT)-informed techniques, Motivational Interviewing, Solution-Focused Therapy, and psychoeducation.
For clients who desire faith-based support, Ginna can incorporate Christian counseling principles, prayer, and biblical perspectives into the therapeutic process. Her goal is to help clients find healing, develop healthy coping skills, strengthen relationships, and move toward lasting emotional and spiritual wellness.
