100 Minute Extended Counseling Session
Staff therapists: $320 per session

50 Minute Standard Life Coaching Session
All coaches: $140 per session
100 Minute Extended Life Coaching Session
All coaches: $280 per session

2 Therapists
$320 per 50 minute session
1 Therapist + 1 Life Coach
$300 per 50 minute session
Extended Sessions Beyond 2 Hours
We are available for extended sessions of 2-4 hours for couples who are in crisis or for those who want to make faster progress or reduce the number of trips they need to make. Extended sessions can be especially appealing for clients who travel a longer distance for our counseling services. Extended sessions are billed per hour at our normal hourly rate.
Insurance Reimbursement
We are out-of-network for all insurance plans. However, many insurance companies provide reimbursement for a major portion of the fee when you see an out-of-network provider for a covered counseling service. Clients pay the full fee at the time of each session, and we provide a medical receipt for you to submit to your insurance plan. We have found this policy to work well for most clients. However, please understand that not all insurance plans will reimburse all types of service. If you have any questions please Contact Us to discuss our process and procedures.
HSA and FSA cards can typically be used to pay for treatment by a licensed therapist. Life Coaching services are not typically eligible as an HSA or FSA deductible expense. However, we are unable to provide specific tax advice and recommend you reach out to your tax preparer if you have questions about HSA or FSA eligibility.
Cancellation Policy
Please let us know at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment to avoid any charges. If cancellation or reschedule notice is not provided within 24 hours before an appointment then fees will be charged.
Missed Appointment Policy
If cancellation is not given by email, voicemail, or phone at least 24 hours in advance, then regretfully we must bill you for the session time. The first occurence is billed at 50% of the session fee. The full fee is billed for any future missed or late cancellations with less than 24 hour notice. Future appointments may need to be prepaid.
