CCAR is a trusted counseling practice offering evidence-based therapy and life coaching services to individuals, couples, and families throughout North Carolina and beyond. We provide compassionate care for a wide range of needs from marriage counseling, to anxiety and trauma. In-person appointments are available in our Raleigh office. Our state-licensed therapists can provide online appointments for North Carolina residents, while our certified life coaches can offer online appointments to anyone.
